These Terms & Conditions describe the policies governing your use of the Vanguard Hockey International website and your participation in our camps, clinics, and skills training. By using our services you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Registration & Payment
Camp and training registrations are processed through third-party platforms (including Square). Fees are displayed at the time of registration. Unless otherwise stated in writing, registration fees are non-refundable. Vanguard Hockey International is not responsible for fees, delays, or errors attributable to third-party payment processors.
2. Assumption of Risk & Waiver
Ice hockey and on- and off-ice training carry inherent risks of physical injury. By participating, the player (and the parent or legal guardian of a minor) acknowledges these risks and participates voluntarily. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you waive claims against Vanguard Hockey International, its coaches, staff, and partners for injuries or losses arising from participation. A separate signed waiver may be required before any on-ice activity.
3. Conduct
Players, parents, and guests are expected to treat coaches, staff, facility personnel, and other participants with respect. Disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from a camp or session without refund.
4. Cancellations & Changes
Vanguard Hockey International may reschedule, relocate, or cancel a camp or session due to facility availability, weather, insufficient enrollment, or circumstances beyond our control. Where a session is cancelled by us and not rescheduled, any remedy is provided at our discretion.
5. Website & Intellectual Property
All content, photography, branding, and trademarks on this site are owned by or licensed to Vanguard Hockey Internationaland provided for personal, non-commercial use. Links to third-party sites do not constitute endorsement, and we are not responsible for third-party content or services. The site is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind.
6. Communications
We communicate primarily by email. By providing your email address you consent to receive messages related to your registration and inquiries. You may opt out of any non-essential communications at any time.
